How to apply?
English test
Press "APPLY HERE", it will refer to a small English Test: this step is to assess your level of knowledge of the language and does not exclude you from the process.
Build your CV
After taking this test, a form will open which you must fill out with all your information; everything you detail will become a CV and it will be evaluated in your application.
English interview
We will send you a link to schedule an interview in English and as soon as a position is available we will continue with the procedures.

What are the Basic Application Requirements?
Before applying, it is important that you verify if you meet the basic requirements to work on board.
- You must apply through our website.
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must speak English and/or German, any additional language can be very useful.
- You must have experience and/or studies in the area to apply (as appropriate).
- You must have a passport with at least 12 months of validity (or in process).
- Not have a record or annotations in your background certificate. (You must send your apostilled background certificate).
- You must have STCW-78 Certification current or in process.
- You must have Seaman’s Book current or in progress.
- Haven’t visible tattoos.
(Keep in mind that under no circumstances will money or deposits be requested to facilitate the boarding process in which you are participating, all costs that may be associated will only be for personal documentation procedures.

What is the Maritime Labor Convention?
The 2006 Maritime Labor Convention (MLC) is an international agreement of the International Labor Organization (“ILO”) that sets out the rights of seafarers to decent working conditions. It is sometimes referred to as the “Seafarers’ Bill of Rights.” It applies to all seafarers, including those working in hospitality and other passenger services on cruise ships and luxury yachts.
